I am really pleased to announce that I am joining the awesome team at Zerion, to work with their web & mobile engineers.
The last few months have been quite a transformative time for me. Being able to work on my own product and release it to the world has been hugely rewarding, but as I touched on in my previous post, I enjoy being part of a team.
What role was next for me after Zoa has been something that I have put a lot of thought into. I have spoken to a lot of different companies and got a feel for a variety of different team sizes, but nothing has seemed genuinely right for what I was after. Either there was not a great fit in terms of team, project, culture or values for me.
It has been really interesting to go through this process, as it has created a razor sharp vision for the type of team I wanted to join and believe I can bring the most value to. I wanted to be closer to the product, a

These core values very closely mirror how I approach my life, and being able to find a company that shares these principles as well has been a dream.
I knew within a couple of conversations with Zerion that these were shared beliefs. They are proof that you can achieve an awful lot with a small, lean and dedicated team who are passionate about the product they are building. They put a lot of thought into the user experience of their products, and have been really intentional in growing a talented team.
